Who we are

What the project form collects

When you send the form on our Start a project page, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• your business name and phone number, if you give them;
• the services you ticked, your budget range and timeline;
• your message;
• the page you sent it from, the page that linked you to our site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source).

How we use it

We use these details to reply to you, to discuss and quote for the work, and, if you become a client, to run the project. We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list from this form.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in MIDO Group HQ, our own client system. A copy is emailed to us using Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and protect the site.

Cookies and tracking

Our public pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags, the form keeps those tags in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so they can be sent with an enquiry. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
