Technical and local search: structure, schema, speed and the groundwork that makes a site rank in its own market.
Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the north metro
Local search is not a mystery and it is not a monthly fee for a report nobody reads. It is a small number of things done properly: a page for each service you sell, a Google Business Profile that matches your site exactly, structure a search engine can read, and pages that load quickly on a phone.
We do the groundwork, show you what changed, and tell you honestly which parts are a one-off fix and which are the slow, ongoing kind.
What is actually broken: crawling, indexing, speed, duplicated or thin pages, broken structure.
One strong page for each thing you sell beats one page listing all of them.
Structured data so search engines can read what you are, where you are and what you sell.
Categories, services, hours and details that match the site exactly. Mismatches cost ranking.
Core Web Vitals on real phones on real connections, not a score from a laptop on office wifi.
Which queries you appear for and what moved. No vanity dashboard.
A call, the constraints, the budget. You leave knowing the scope and the number.
Real routes, not mood boards. You pick one and we commit to it.
Design and production in the same hands, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Files, logins and print specs handed over. It ships, or it is not done.
Technical fixes can show within weeks. Competitive local terms take months, and anyone promising page one by a date is selling you something they cannot control.
Not always. A lot of local businesses need a solid one-off fix and a Google Business Profile done properly, then nothing for a while. We will say when that is the case rather than selling a retainer you do not need.
No, and neither can anybody else. Google does not sell that and does not accept payment for it. What we can do is make sure nothing about your site is holding you back.
Local results are heavily geographic. Ranking in Blaine or New Brighton when your address is elsewhere is genuinely harder, and it is worth being clear about what is achievable before you spend money on it.
It can, badly, if URLs change without redirects. Preserving what you have already earned is part of the build, and it is the single most common way a redesign loses a business money.
Tell us what you are opening, launching or fixing. You will get a scope and a number, not a proposal deck.
